While this multi-channel approach offers flexibility to customers, it creates a significant operational burden internally—especially for orders received as PDF attachments via email.

We designed and implemented an AI-powered order ingestion feature directly integrated into NetSuite. Using LLM (Large Language Model) APIs, we built an intelligent agent that allows sales representatives to simply upload a PDF order directly into the ERP.
